Ranthambore National Park

Established in 1980, Ranthambore National Park, in Rajasthan is 18 km from Sawai Madhopur and 180 km (4 hours) scenic drive from Jaipur. It is named after the historic Ranthambore Fort. It’s dry deciduous forests, rocky terrain and pristine lakes are home to Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, marsh crocodiles etc. and over 300 bird species. Best explored from October to June and closed on Wednesdays, Ranthambore is special for its stunning combination of wildlife, ancient fort, and picturesque landscapes, offering an extraordinary experience of nature and history intertwined.
